Hi, its almost christmas day, so thought we we tell you we are going to Kinsley for Christmas with Daves family the Schmidts. All three of us are fine and trying to keep warm, its realy windy and cold out here in sw Kansas. Hope all you and your Kids are warm, happy, and healthy. Landes/Knox: GARDEN INSIDE

Well its 14 of dec. and birthday wishes were lots. I don't know if I am writting at right place or not. Any way I got some cut flowers from Mark and some candy. Pat bought me some of my favorite chocolate candy too. . Had a nice afternoon at the Musuem , where they had xMas musick put on by our Ulysses people. It was great. Good? Nov. 13,2008 Well here I am again, Thanks to Pat for showing me how to got back on. I have no camera to show pic.So I just write in what is new. Well I have come out of retirement little bit. Working for Ruth Seager out on farm west and north of U-town. She is in wheel chair and have to be lifted out to bed or chair or what ever, I work only 1 day a week, Pat does my cooking here at home. I sure appreciate her, and we have fun too. Bud is doing fine, still walking with cane and his hearing is bad, as you notice on the phone, he has a helper on one phone that he can hear better . He takes less pills than me or Pat. However he doesn't take breathing treetments like me and Pat does. I have a bit of Asmah I am fighting. Well my garden is all weeds and we had a freeze that finished it off. Its almost Thanksgiving , No plans as of yet? haden't heard from family if anyone is coming. So We bought a Ham for the Day, I'l have a coulple of Pies and homemade bread and Vegetables. Let me know if your plans are to come here OK>?Lov to all. G-Ma

Bud's 79th birthday

Tina came down and helped us start the blogging thing. I hope I can figure this out too. I am going to attempt to keep this updated on a periodically basis, but it will probably have to depend on Pat or Tina to help me out....We got pictures to put on the blog, and just to show you how wonderful the weather is out here. We have SPRING FEVER, getting ready to plant a garden and just do more outside.

We hope to be able to live off garden harvest and preserve some for the winter. Plus exercise with all in the house...ha ha
